SkinBrowser Version Expired?!?!?

I've had the WinCustomize Skin Browser for a little over a week, and when I went to use it this morning, I received a dialog box that told me that it has expired and that I should go to the wincustomize.com site to download a new version.
A few problems/observations:
* One, I can't find a link at the wincustomize site for downloading a new version. The only way I can see to get a download is to subscribe, and I'm not going to fall for that again (see below).
* Two, there's no way to contact WinCustomize to notify them of this problem. If WinCustomize wants to have subscription revenue, they need to provide some support and make it easily accessible to members. Big black mark.
* Three, personally I'm disappointed with the Skin Browser and wish I hadn't bothered, especially when I end up wasting my time chasing around after expiring versions that shouldn't be expiring. I think the SB functionality is pretty lame and not worth the cost. Perhaps the subscription can be justified in the name of supporting skinning, but if anyone is thinking of subscribing just in order to get the SB, think again.

Yes, you can always get the newest versions of your products from https://www.stardock.com/support

I disagree, with Citizen Douglas, one of the nicest features of the browser, is how it handles zip files, I hate zip files with a passion, I always end up getting lost,after opening them; but with skin browser, I just click apply and it downloads it and installs it immediately, I also like how it is organized, I can organize them by author, date, etc. My only problem I have is with stardock continually trying to make things better it seems everytime they come out with a new version it is not as good as the first, case in point, is the Logon Studio, we have not had any new logons since this last update in May, we are holding at 162. Because the dog on thing no longer works...when trying to make logon screens....
