You talked about pirating your software on neowin.net's web site what about yourself. How many processors is your SQL server thats running this website. Its about 10k - 13k per CPU for internet use. Same with windows 2k. When you want to do web hosting to can't get client lics you have to get site lics (a, b, c). My only question to you and I will then shut up is did you pay MS for Win2k / SQL2k per machine running it. And did you pay over 16k for it. And thats just those 2 pieces of software. If not I can get you a good deal on it. Protect youself with that before you make money.

Ok for one why do you flame me? I had one simple question and that was it. I have no problem paying for something I need. I mainly come here because they get some news here first that i like. Thats about it. So why do you say go away / beat it. I think that shows childish actions. Why don't you talk like an Adult.

ShiZZa...the point you were 'trying' to prove was a bit 'lost'. Since Stardock works so closely with Microsoft it is clear that everything concerned is legal and proper...

I was just asking if they bought it. Well then I will post a new comment about it. You talked about people software pirates and StarDock's software at NeoWin. Have you ever pirated anything in your life? Copied a audio CD / downloaded a mp3 for a cd you didn't own? Myself personaly is that I own alot of my software. I personaly don't use any StarDock software. Im a speed freak and thats why I don't. But by law you are allowed to pirate a piece of software for 24 hours for Educational use. But Im sure people that pirate your software use it longer then that. I personaly don't like people bitching about pirated software when they have most likey pirated something in there life.

Copying a CD is legal [for own use as backup....NOT for redistribution]
Never used Napster and all those other MP3-thieving proggies....
And I think you'll find that the act of 'cracking' a software 'may' be legal for 'educational' reasons, but not the use of the 'cracked' software...that is still covered by copyrights....
Never 'assume'...it makes an 'ass' out of 'U' and 'me'...

Being in the IT set up and configuration world for many LARGE web sites, I can tell you this, if WinCustonize did not have site lic's for all the SW installed, they would have shut down long ago. MS has many different tools that they can find sites that are running sw without the fees. StarDock and WinCustomize are on the up and up, more than I can say for other "SKINNING RIP" site.
