Anyone willing to take a beautiful picture and make a skin, WB out of it????

I have a beautiful picture as wallpaper for my son, a white tiger that he loves. But he really enjoys the skins, themes on his computer. I was wondering if anyone would try and do something with it?

Sure I couldm but never mind, I just read something about copy right and such, so since this is a copy righted picture, but down loadable for wall paper I dont think you guys can use it.

Making a skin to compliment a wallpaper isn't a problem with copyright issues. Would a Windowblinds skin that goes well with the photo be what you were thinking? Any other skinnable apps your son uses?
