do you people realize how difficult you are making it for me an avowed and vocal and quite troublesome advocate for the profoundley wonderful work i have found here to establish an account and purchase work for a british/celtic government department ?

In other words, I think he's saying he can't purchase a Wincustomize membership where he is from, in England.

Why would you need to use government funding to purchase a $20 thing? I'm not sure how our ordering system is limited, it handles major credit cards, checks, money orders, and you can even have your government office put in a purchase order.

sorry ,frustration at minor dos(denial of skin)not your problem, thanks for the advice, i vill be back! by the way Wales is a separate country (land of song and dragons)and 20 years behind the rest of UK.
