Have lost the floating library window

I closed it the other day and can't seem to get it back. Could anyone shine some light on how I can re-enable my floating library list (usually on the right hand side.) Thanks.

Thanks MikeB314!! I feel like an idiot. I thought that was for something completely different and never tried it.
