Darkhatter...
Before you delve into shells and other complicated things, might I suggest you DISCOVER and explore THE WONDERS OF YOUR KEYBOARD'S 'Caps Lock' KEY.....
[and a 'please' would go a long way towards 'pleasing']

litestep is a lowercase only shell replacement. it's the ee cummings of desktop customization.

anyways, if you to get it www.shellfront.org is the place to start.
you can download HoverDesk themes at places like www.deskmod.com, www.skinbase.org, www.lotsofskins.com and more places. and no, HoverDesk is not a shell, HoverDesk is a desktop enhancement. although the coming new version 2.50 can be run as a shell.
