download links giving 404 error

Have been getting a lot of download link errors
404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Someone once suggested to me at this site to try a different browser. My opinion is, the internet is full of crap that needs wiped out. It is crossing its wires. To much old stuff. We should start over with windows nt and go forward again. That way , my computer will not be outdated, but, ahead of the times. Sorry, try the browser thing.Probably not it though.

I did just download a cursor without any trouble. Now ,what do I do with it, I do not have cursorfx.OH,no.

yep.... seems like there are gremlins...
been trying to download this Xion.... link... it just shows:....
