account information?

Why is that when I'm viewing som of the Author's Info it says Sorry, the account information for this user is not available. ?

Might be that skin was loaded to the Stardock library before the creation of Wincustomize. Back then anybody could upload skins even if you didn't have an account, thus there is no info for them.

Nope, I'm just looking at the account information of my friends, they are here when Wincustomize was launched...
