How do you actually do all thouse accurate drawings in paint?!? It's impossible for me!!

Hey, I can't even make skins in Paint Shop Pro. But then I'm useless to start with! 
I keep trying though, and I reckon that's the only way to learn...

Tutorials, tutorials, and more tutorials (i.e., tutorials for the programs and tutorials for the graphics).

Have a look at Paint Shop Pro ( http://www.jasc.com/products/psp/ ) or Photoshop ( http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/main.html ) or the GIMP ( http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32/downloads.html ) - they are all good programs used widely by skinners.
