I'm givin' the bride away.
Talk about speechless

About a year ago I met this young couple. They're in the same boat I was in seven months ago. They're struggling to keep it together, both have decent jobs and just last Friday the lady told me hey were getting hitched. I asked, jokingly, who was giving the bride away and she said to me "I was going to ask you". So yeah I'm giving the bride away and don't you think I feel like I'm on top of the world. Never in my wildest dreams.

Good looking bride, indeed. Lucky groom.

I agree. My first, and now third wife were married in my parents house the first time with only our parents and my sister and brother-in-law attending. That was in 1974. It didn't last 2 years. The size of the room had no bearing on me being a young idiot.
In 2000 we got back together (it took me a while to grow up) and were married outdoors at a campground with everyone invited. Our love is as big as the great outdoors, so it was a fitting location.
Congrats again on being selected for the honor bestowed upon you, Ross.
