Attention Frogboy

I am hoping that maybe in the position you are in that maybe you can help us with a prolbem with Logon Studio, I have through your support team, solve the problem temporarily, however after emailing Adni18 who does a lot of the logon screens here in wincustomize, he says he has the same problem and has been forced to use his Windows XP screens. The problem is that when you create a screen in Logon Studio, when using apply and save, the picture or bitmap is totally lost, according to your support team, we need to set the style setting to 6=stretch, I have done that and it eleviates the problem for the time being. I think more people would use this program if it could be user friendly, I hate to see others trash this program because of programming errors. The older program worked fine and had no problems at all...if you can have someone work on this problem and fix the bugs in this version it would be helpful thanks, by the way when I get back from my Vacation in Ft Meyers Florida, I will purchase the Supsription to your site, I have belonged to too many sites lately that have gone under, because of lack of support, it doing so, I feel like I have a vested interest and that I am an owner as well....at least in spirit.

Gregory...
one of the 'fun' things about skinning proggies is that they are on the fore-front of development and innovation, so a lot of them come with 'interesting' bugs...which are in a constant phase of eradication and improvement.
Pretty-well any of the skinnable apps that we deal with are like this...the coding alters to cater for improvements suggested by users and skinners....and sometimes bits get broken. Eventually though...the creature that ends up in popular use is relatively trouble-free, and the learning curve has benefited both the coder and the skinners as well...
