Does anyone know how Chadamus gets the bar with Winamp, Cool Desk, EZ Pop, etc. up at the top of the screenshots of these skins? Is it object bar or hoverdesk or what? Thanks for any info.

Actually, he has done skins for those applications that are meant to be placed next to each other to make that effect. IIRC, he has skins for both horizontal and vertical alignements.

That looks like its just Winamp with each component in standard rolled up mode, and each aligned horizontally with the others.
