Things seem to have gotten a little off track here, but should the original topic of this thread still be a concern, I do have a friend who studied Russian, and nearly became a translator.
Talking to DAK is probably the best way to go, since my friend wouldn't know what a "skin" was if it came up and bit her. But if that falls through, someone send me an e-mail and I'll enlist her translation services.

My concern is that the 'meaning' comes across and we don't end up with a bunch of Ruskies 'scratching their bark'...
