Grandpa!

Friday, May 17, 2002 by treetog | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

I just voted in the latest pool and when I went to see the results, I saw the my age (35-64 year old) category have the majority of the votes.

I knew that the averadge age here was higher, but I never thought we were that old.

Way to go Grandpas!

David....your name is David, but since you don't know your name, you don't know that this message is intended for you so you still don't know your name, but you don't know that either because you don't know this message is for you, and since the 'you' is unknown to you then you cannot be reading this message but you didn't know that....

I think, therefore I am, I think.....

jcg – in my teens I rode a Triumph Bonneville.. it was ported and blueprinted, chopped, lightning fast and louder than a thunderstorm on the plains... and though I owned a helmet (I truly endorse them as a sensible way to keep your brains in your bucket) I never wore it. Sometimes I didn't wear shoes either (though I truly don't recommend such uncivilized behavior for any right-thinking enthusiast).

jafo – thanks I think there too therefore I think I also am for thinking there... david eh? hmm... that could be useful

I'm 28, married, and have two kids. Raising a 4 year old and a 2 year old easily makes me feel ten years older. Maybe that's why I hang out with you old fogies. Or maybe it's because the youngsters think I'm too old. You know your getting old when the teenager running the cash register calls you sir.

Well those other sites have teens on them and I don't like the look of them with those baggy panty and such! Now if I can just pull my pants up to my armpits I'll be complete.

I've just reached the magical age of 30... Don't feel any different than I did at 21. And I still get asked for ID at the Beer Store!

(For those of you who are non-Ontarians, drinking age here in Ontario is 19, and you can only buy beer at the Beer or Liquor Store, both run by the provincial government. I don't think I quite look under 19, but then again, I don't look 30 either. Probably 25 or thereabouts. Anyhow, I'm amused every time I'm asked for ID at the beer store, and the clerk takes a look at my driver's license, and gets a funny look on their face when they realize I'm as old as I am. The most recent episode was just two weeks ago. )
