Skin Name?

I recently acquired the enhanced version of WB..and was wondering what is the name of the skin shown on WB's screenshot, which can be seen on this page:

Is it already in the files downloaded with the enhanced version?

That's "Nascent" by Essorant. Just do a search for it in the Windowblinds section.
