hey guys! i'm searching for somebody who can make a skin for wb 6 or 7 about this theme;

i don't have W7 for use the theme, but i can use if somebody can make the theme for windowsblinds 6 or 7. please

It's a nice looking theme - maybe the artist would be happy to give permission for the skin elements to be used in a windowblinds skin - first stop would be their permission I'd think.
