WindowBlinds7 Won't Load

Every time I try to load up WB, it just throws me that error.
ONE TIME, it got to the "Guided Tour" screen... and then froze my PC.
System Specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
Pentium E5300 Dual-Core Processor @ 2.60GHz (x2)

Did you install it where it wanted to install, or change the install location? It must be installed in the location it wants to install to in order to work properly.
