Chat sites?

I'm not too sure if I should post this here, but I'm currently putting together a chat site and I need a few ideas. I won't give the address of the site, so I can't be accused of plugging it. 
The site will basically merge at least four types of 'online community' sites - chat, dating, forums and daily journals (blogs). Each user will have their own profile, which I want to include as much info as possible.
This is where I need a little help from the collective imagination.
What details would you want on your personal profile on a site like this? I've done some research and looked at a few existing sites out there, and this is the list I've come up with so far:
Username
First Name
Gender
Location
Date of Birth
Hair colour
Eye colour
Height
Weight
Physical Build
Marital Status
Children
Occupation
Smoker
Drinker
Sexuality
Star Sign
Religion
Ethnicity
Looks (eg. Attractive)
Hair Style
E-mail address
Homepage
Seeking (eg. Friendship, Romance)
Interests (by way of a long list with checkboxes)
Some additional possible ones are:
Pets
Glasses
Facial Hair
Disability
I'd like to know what people think of this (admittedly quite long!) list, and and suggestions for additions. Oh, and if anyone steals my ideas, I'll send the boys round...

Ah, maybe I should explain in a little more detail.
I intend to make all of those things searchable. So you can find any Christian single mothers with black hair over a certain height, for instance. I'm also including the ability to upload multiple photos, but it's not possible to do such a search with just a photo.
Of course, the dating aspect of the site is quite high on the list. That's why I want to include all these details. But the chat and journal side should be equally detailed, with just as many options for customization.

but from looking at the list, why not just have them post pics of themselves? then you could delete half that stuff up there?
