yep it's an XP only icon set but there's another one that's the same icons for win98/2000.

I'm not sure what you're asking in your other question but if you mean site skins for this website it's in your profile. Click on "ediit account" up above and you can choose from a bunch of different site skins.

well are you trying it out on other windows os's? Cause if thats the case, I think it should work, I'm not 100% positive, but if you mean like linux, then no, they'll only work on other microsoft systems.

There are several downloads at www.windowblinds.net. Might have the patch you are looking for.

XP icons use alpha blending that only works right on XP. The set Adam mentioned is an XP set, there is another identical set with the same name posted right under it that is not an XP alpha blended set. Everything here works on any version of Windows with the only exceptions being the XP icons, Logons and CursorXP (XP only) and of course, the Pocket PC stuff only works on a Pocket PC.

I should have told you that i have windowsblinds trial and ObjectBar. My OS is windows 98. would i need a seperate program to install the icons? i saw a d/l that said icon bundler so i guess i might have to try that after i d/l the 98 icon package.

so just to c if i have evrything straight...
And all the window blinds skin will work on any os ? ( 98 and up)

and
XP icons have a alpha shading so u CAN use them but they look shady?

Adam - you need IconPackager to use the icons. You should use the set called Purple Glass Folders, the one right under the XP one. It will look a lot better on 98.

You can get IconPackager here: https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/

and yes, Windowblinds skins work on any version of Windows from 95 up
