I should have told you that i have windowsblinds trial and ObjectBar. My OS is windows 98. would i need a seperate program to install the icons? i saw a d/l that said icon bundler so i guess i might have to try that after i d/l the 98 icon package.
so just to c if i have evrything straight...
And all the window blinds skin will work on any os ? ( 98 and up)
and
XP icons have a alpha shading so u CAN use them but they look shady?

You can get IconPackager here: https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/
and yes, Windowblinds skins work on any version of Windows from 95 up

I'm not sure what you're asking in your other question but if you mean site skins for this website it's in your profile. Click on "ediit account" up above and you can choose from a bunch of different site skins.
