No .dxtheme, but a winzip file instead...

I have a person who downloaded my theme but has written to me saying that its a winzip file not a .dxtheme file. He's got dx installed and sent me a screen capture of the winzip file which i compared with the theme on my computer and it seems to have all the necessary files. I'm a bit perplexed as to why his computer is not recognising the file.
Any responses welcome.

Does the person have a ZIP program such as WinZip or ObjectZip installed on their computer?

It could be that their zip software is recognizing the file for what it is, a renamed .zip file. They should be able to just rename it to .dxtheme and have it work fine.
