Any recommendations for Video Capturing software?
I need it for work

I'm trying to find a software program to capture video from the following website http://www.ontla.on.ca/web/go2.jsp?Page=/webcast/webcast_main&locale=en&menuItem=dandp_webcast.
My plan is to set it up on my old laptop strictly for this purpose while I work normally on my desktop so that the taping doesn't get interrupted. The purpose is to tape certain segments throughout the day that I need to post on our website/facebook and youtube pages. I think I'll need a converter too.
Since this is strictly for work, I'm looking for free software, or inexpensively priced if it's a really great easy-to-use program.
Does anybody have any suggestions?

I tried so many video capturing, some of them also very expensive didn't even captured the transparent\translucents windows (the only feature I really needed)
in the end I choosed the freeware version of BB FlashBackExpress (here you can compare the 3 versions )
I'm sure you'll be impressed as I was !

Fraps to capture. windows live movie maker or movie maker 2.6 in a pinch.
http://www.youtube.com/user/SamazRalan channel where I've got movies posted. Fraps is great. That BB FlashBack Pro seems worth the money -if you have the money.

What's the difference between FRAPS and BB Flashback Express, besides price of course?

BB Flashback Express is the freeware edition so no difference about the price,
any way I tried FRAPS 2\3 years ago , maybe it was only me, but my learning curve was very slow , in the same period it happened something similar with the graphic application the GIMP finally I gave up with both of them !!

I thought FRAPS cost money to get. I could only record 30-second clips with my downloaded version.

Thanks! They're at version 3.5 now. Free version comes with the dratted watermark, thanks anyway. I'm trying BB Flashback, but would still like a few others to compare it too.

Hey, cool, freeware. I don't mind a watermark, I don't think... I'll compare the two and see which one does what I'm trying to do, which is play games, talk about them as I do it, upload it on YouTube, and get no views ever.

Camtasia by Techsmith is what I use to screen record, or their free alternative.. Jing.

I haven't tried this, but it might be worth checking out: http://www.freewarefiles.com/VirtualDub_program_14146.html
It's free. I know that there's another one that's free; if I can remember the name, I'll post it.
