SDPlayer

Can someone point me to tutorials/faqs/docs to learn how to use SDPlayer? I can't seem to get the volume slider to work right; once selected, it just follows my mouse all over the screen, I can't *set* it to a position.

i havent used it for a while, so i dont know directly.

however, you should be able to find someone who knows on the stardock desktopX newsgroup.

as i recall, in order to get controls for the player, you need to use a DX object, since it has no real front end of its own. if this is still the case then perhaps the problem is with the controling DX object? have you tried different objects to control it?

You must lock the object. Or else you cannot drag the button.

Properties -> Relation -> Movement = Locked

Now it will stay foot!

BTW: There are docs included. The SDPlayer doc (SDPlayer.txt) is in the SDPlayer folder of Object Desktop. The DXPlayer doc (DXPlayer.txt) is in the SDPlugins folder of DesktopX.
