Change Logon Screens

I was hoping someone could tell me how to change the Lgon screens in WinXp please. I have looked around this site for a FAQ but can't seem to find one.

Get the program "Logons" its one of the highlighted items

You need LogonStudio to change logons. It is free and you can download it here https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/ .

After applying,the new logon screen I get Blue Screen crash on reboot.
Where did I go wrong?
