Cannot upload- No Preview image or File upload browse selection

Is there a fix for no Browse selection for previews & or file upload. I can't upload here.

Are you logged in?
Have you tried compatability view?
Tried changing windowblinds?
Any browser addons?
Try different browser?

I am logged in and tried compatibility view. Haven't changed windowblinds yet. Which browser addins need to be disenabled? And which browser would you reccomend. And I have missed you I am on Yahoo messanger

John. the upload has to have flash installed for it to work and show the browse buttons. Do you perhaps not have flash installed or enabled in your addons, plugins?
