Cursor set

Im not sure,but I think it was this site that I downloaded a LunaXP for WB that came with animated green cursor set (not the starcraft ones)but cant seem to find the theme to get the cursors.
I want to say it was done by thecat2000
Any help would be great.

Oh well,I'll just have to search high and low I guess
