Mine prompted for the update, but just in case yours hasn't yet...
Changes from 4.0 to 4.0.1 (May 30, 2012):
- Console windows can now be resized vertically using HotKeys / TitleBar Buttons
- Compatibility rules now support wildcards for application paths
- Window Location rules now accept wildcards for application paths
- Added the "Use Preview Mode" setting again for screen savers
- DisplayFusion Photos screen saver now has an option to scale smaller images
- Added an Advanced Setting called "Shortcut Size" to allow the default shortcut/pinned item size to be overridden
- Added an Advanced Setting called "Allow Reloading when Fullscreen" to allow taskbars to reload when a fullscreen window is detected
- Added an Advanced Setting called "Memory Trim Enabled" for forcing more aggressive memory trimming
- Added an Advanced Setting to prevent DisplayFusion from loading random images when applying settings in the Wallpaper window
- Added an Advanced Setting to show different Time Zone's times on each DisplayFusion taskbar
- Added an Advanced Setting to force the taskbar clock text to be a specific colour
- Taskbar thumbnail preview improvements
- Window Location compatibility improvements
- "Load More Images" button for Vladstudio now works as expected
- Taskbar clock no longer stays highlighted when showing the calendar
- Windows that frequently stop responding are no longer removed/re-added constantly (TrojanHunter, MalwareBytes)
- Wallpaper provider no longer shows an annoying message constantly when the network is unavailable
- HotKeys/TitleBar Buttons can now resize PuTTY windows
- DisplayFusion Photos Screen Saver no longer shows duplicate images until it's shown all of them (per-monitor)
- Screen Saver crashing issues have been resolved
- Resolved some Taskbar crashing issues
- Taskbar grouping and incorrect icon issues have been resolved
- Fixed an issue that could cause Window Location rules to override Taskbar shortcut forced monitors
- Fixed an issue that could cause DisplayFusion (or just the hooks) to hang
- Fixed an issue that prevented console windows in Win7 from being hooked on the first try
- Window size/move tooltips now appear even when cursor overlaps
- Firefox TitleBar Buttons no longer have a gap (Firefox 12 removed the TabGroups button, the gap can be added again with a DF Compatibility rule)
- Middle-click to move windows is now more precise
- Corrected some taskbar button icon issues
- Various Screen Saver improvements
- Adobe Reader X TitleBar Buttons should update correctly now
- Fixed some Right-to-Left interface issues
- Fixed some Right-To-Left issues in the installer
- Vista Start Button now looks correct when taskbar is smaller than Start Button
- Improved compatibility with 3rd party screen savers
- No longer shows the "DisplayFusion is already running" message when not expected
- Window sizing tooltips are now more precise
- Window sizing tooltips no longer disappear when not expected

They've been pumping out Betas every day or two since 4 was released and other than the one that had a handles leak each one gets better. Near the top of my list of good buys for 2012.

But DX makes the secondary taskbar go blur/transparent. I love DF..I hope they, or Stardock, can fix that...

Ain't got nothing to do with DX, Bobba.
I get the blurry/transparent taskbar as well, and DX has never been installed on this machine. Happens whenever I switch WB.

Yeah, it must be tied into explorer then. Anything that restarts explorer....I'll try and see if Icon Packager does it.
