LOOK I'M TRYING SOMTHING NEW AND NEED YOUR HELP

ok i'm trying to make windowblinds skins now whats wrong is that in the browser from File,Edit,View,Favorites and Help got skined but from help to the end were the XP icon is it won't or i don't know how to get it to skin can anybody help me please.

That section, the toolbar background, will only be skinned correcty if you add the toolbar, toolbar background *and* rebar sections. Also, it is only skinned on XP.

ok i uploaded screenshot of my skin you'll see were i need the help the skin is called sun rise.i hope it shows up on the site soon.
