With all the constent chatter coming from the ChatRoom Marathon thread, here's a nice quiet place for you to sit back, relax and be "at one" with your thoughts - a tranquil rest-room where you are encouraged to simply stare at the empty reply box without feeling you have to contribute anything intelligent, witty, topical or controversial. I WISH PEOPLE WOULD START TO THINK FOR THEMSELVES AND FIGURE THINGS OUT THEMSELVES. IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE YOU KNOW.

And I haven't even mentioned how low the chances of getting an answer are when you type in caps.

I used an all black background, black screensaver and hidden icons and taskbar at work (I had been getting complaints that the wallpaper was too flashy, "It is only wallpaper, you nazi" . For some reason people would always reboot it when I would step away from my desk.

I made a DesktopX skin that used the same graphics that I had tiled for the wallpaper to make the Objects out of. Everybody kept asking me how I crashed explorer

craeonics is merely using a venomous green wall with almost black windows and everyone seems to think it's Linux while it's plain old NT

There's a little bit of chatter starting in here - but, apart from a couple of rather loud exclamations a while back, at least it's in nice muffled tones! (Thank you) Hope this is OK with the majority of resting visitors and that you are still enjoying the tranquility of our Quiet-Room hideaway.

A beer is out of the question, I'm afraid - all that noisy froth & bubbles... but a roast beef sandwich is no problem (without any loud, crispy-crunchy lettuce, of course!)

Actually, I spend very little time in here. I'm normally found just outside the Quiet Room in the corridore with my feet up enjoying a nice cool beer, or six!
