1. Open a new message in Outlook, leave it blank
2. Save your message (File menu) and close it
3. Go to your Draft folder, your blank message is there
4. Drag and drop it anywhere you want (your desktop for example)
5. Double-click on the new created file, it will open a new message. Send it and the blank file will still be there for use next time!
Good luck!
