There are only icons for Mac Os X there, from several Mac authors, converted for Windows XP.
The similar icons here in wincustomize, they don't have any permition too, from the original authors.

At least Mikkel Madsen broke down and gave permission to have his icon sets ported over to XP...he's pretty good. Check em out here. http://www.mmicons.com/default1.html

Seems like: http://www.deskcity.com/catalog.asp?page=3&catalog=11&pagesize=&all= is on a bit of a ripping spree as well... if you navigate through their icon pages, there are loads of creators that have been ripped off (myself included).

Seems like icons aren't the only thing on their site either...
If you try and navigare their site or just change the 'catalog=' number in their URL you can get to other sections including winamp skins etc...
