Missing context icons with most skins
Including *all* official StarDock skins

I am missing the context menu icons for several programs such as Notepad ++ and TortoiseSVN (see attached screenshots). The only skins that display the context menu icons are Windows Classic and Windows XP. I have tried all of the StarDock skins that are installed by default: Corporate, Diamond, Precision, Sabretooth and Sublime. They all exhibit the issue.

Had to look up TortoiseSVN. Never heard of it before, but a line in the 'About' on their website made a few alarmbells go off:
"It is implemented as a Windows shell extension, which makes it integrate seamlessly into the Windows explorer."
That sounds like something that -might- have a thing or two to do with your issue.
If possible, try this:
Since it only affects Windowblinds skins, exclude the TortoiseSVN .exe file from within the Windowblinds config, from being skinned at all:
Apply chances, and maybe do a reboot.

PS.: if this doesn't help or make things worse, remove the newly added exclusion from the config again, and shoot an email off to Stardock Support - [email protected]
Things can get hairy when playing around with shell extensions and shell enhancers at the same time. 
(Been there, done that - have the T-shirt)

I looked up TortoiseSVN too. Never heard of a subversion client before. Is it what I think it is? Does it, like, subvert, windows shell when it adds itself to it? Don't know if I don't ask.

Subversion is a Version Control System, i.e. you check files out, make changes to them, check them back in. It keeps track of all the changes and all the copies of the file. It is command-line only. Subversion just adds an entry to the file context menu so you don't have to go mucking with the command-line.

We use SVN and tortoise here at the office and are not seeing this issue.
Something else is going on with your system.

I filed a support request with StarDock and they were able to reproduce the issue, so it's not just me!

Has StarDock support given you a fix since they were able to reproduce the issue?
I'm having the same issue with TortoiseSVN and TortoiseGit.

Must be a 'local' problem.
I've used Sublime on a regular basis since it's release (one two diff OS's) without any issues.
Do you have some application installed that alters/changes icons?
