Ok... this might sound stupid, but hey, who cares! What do all of the titles in front of peoples names mean? I'm new here.

Thanks Wizop BoXXi - now I understand... and thanks also to Citizen Danamal for asking the question in the first place - (I'm now slightly less newbiefied) 
While we're at at, can I change my "nickname" in WinCustomize to something slightly more cool than my real name... anyone advise me on how is it done?
LoidiBoid does actually have a "real-life" nickname (not registered here) which is "Loidiboid" - perhaps this nickname can be registered for me by some kind elder who knows how?

Martin, e-mail T-Man, he's in chaerge of everything that happens on the site. If you ask him real nice, he may change it for you. You can reach him from the "Contacts" link, under "Options" down on the left hand side.

BoXXi...try to keep him busy.....when he has nothing to do he re-arranges the site coding and breaks things.
And he keeps shuffling the database from one box to another.
