I know this isn't a great place for a bug report on a beta, but I currently don't have access to the stardock newsgroups.
NT4 has some problems with WB3.19 and the new cacheing. The new WB beta posted to ODNT on Jan 30 works amazingly great on my Win2k system, but its a different story on my work NT4 machine. The new image cacheing seems to have problems. Running WB I get no bitmaps. All buttons are black and there is no title bar etc. I tried a reinstall, checked the .dll version etc. and the registry seems to still be pointing in the right place. Any ideas?

WB 3.19a was incorrectly detecting NT as 9x. Try 3.19b.
