And in this link there's some "previews" of the next version opf Windows. One of this previews is a screenshot of a desktopx theme created by The_artist, available, of course in Wincustomize.

Well, howdy neighbor - by the way, I have a 31 year-old single daughter (blonde, blue eyes, very attractive - only if your single mind you - and oh, no bribery or hints of course - she would probably come unglued). Wanted to use her face on the desktop I did but couldn't get a go ahead so had to improvise.
Well I'm afraid that now this thread might really make Carlitus's head spin. I'm still wondering if he has a cowboy hat.

of course starone, and i use a hors when i go to work, don't worry. Maybe there's a caption; maybe the author's link is a real computers guru, and have influences at Microsoft, maybe... but in my opinion there's no reason to use the images created by other for other proposals. I wisht that Windows have the great interface of The_Artist! although winxp is very enhanced

I checked out a site dedicated to Longhorn yesterday. Most of the information sounds fake, but if it's true, then it will be very impressive. Not only that, but they kept saying that Longhorn is just a long-term Prototype name. And the final version will most probably be called XP Second Edition. I know it sounds dodgy, but Check it out.
"The new Windows Operating System is introduced for two target audiences: the businesses, and the home users. Overall, Windows XPSE comes along with previous features including thousands more.
First, the new ‘.DMD’ (Digital Motion Desktop) feature allows the background image, on your desktop, to perform motion display. The .DMD format is basically a video specifically designed for the desktop. The most interesting thing about .DMD is that it uses higher quality video format than DVD.
Then we move on to the new Tybosome Internet link. Broadband Internet has been on the market for over three years now, and it’s about time that the Internet became unlimited when it comes to accessibility.
As from 2005, any PC purchased will come with an Internet Tybosome modem, which is constantly connected to a satellite at all times. The speed of Tybosome Internet is 40TB (or TeraBytes). The advantage this has over Broadband is that you can access or download / upload anything on the Internet quicker than you can from an offline application. Even though broadband was extremely fast, it still had certain delay times when accessing huge files. With XPSE Internet, it won’t even Begin to slow down until you access one million gigabytes in one action. (Or open Internet Explorer one million times.)
Also, from the year 2005, all PC’s will come with an Internal Self-Maintenance Device (ISMD).
This device automatically fixes ‘hardware’ problems on its own. Since Windows XPSE has over a million fixed bugs, it will be extremely rare if a software or memory problem occurs. However, if it is a hardware problem (I.E. a RAM stick is loose or an IDE cable has burnt out), Windows can obviously not fix it and will expect you to open up your PC and repair it yourself. The ISMD will fix it for you. Because this device is integrated within all connectors and slots on the motherboard, anything that is loose, will be “sucked” back in its slot. Or if something has burnt the IMSD releases a special metal-oxide, which displaces any missing conductible link.
Windows XPSE will be compatible with the new IMB ‘Beam Screen’ which will be available in the US near 2004. The Beam Screen is a flat-screen monitor that uses a Red-Green-Blue Laser (RGBL) device to project the image. The screen resolution is (maximum) 102,400 x 76,800 pixels (The average monitor’s highest resolution is 2,400 x 1,800 pixels).
The graphics card would have to be at least 768Mb to output this high.
The result of this supreme quality reaches the near quality of Human vision.
Windows XPSE must be run using the new RAM type – Optical Dynamic RAM to run at its optimal performance, any older type will make GPS very sluggish.
The Processor must also be very high to be able to process the amount of calculations that the GPS OS will generate.
Clearly, if you desire to own XPSE, you must definitely purchase a new PC around the time of commercial release."
