Msgboard Chatroom Marathon
Sunday, January 27, 2002 by Elfkura | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk
It's Sunday night, and I'm bored out of my mind. There's much to do, but I'm too lazy to get around to do it. My boyfriend is busying trying to get Visual Studios to work so I can't talk to him on the phone....and we can't seem to talk over the phone anyways...it'll just be silence mostly.
New Semester started........so anyone alive out there to join Elffie in this chat marathon? =P
Let's try not to let this post hang for over 2 hours, hm? =P

Old Crab - Just a warning to the Chocolate Planet crowd. I'm going to write up a sad tale that happened back in December.
OC, we were with you then, and we are with you now! you take your time to write this up the way you want and need to. take the time to get the right words, and to do justice to these special and important people in your life.
we cannot replace them, and we would never try. instead we are your friends, your extended family, and we are here for you, to HUG and support you!
feline ***BIG HUG*** for OC

KarmaGirl - I got a new flash over the weekend. It's the Nikon SB-800. It's amazing. I also got a film camera body to go with all my excess Nikon parts. It's the N80, which is what my Fuji S2 pro is built off (so the controls are all the same). It's a sweet setup. But, it's weird shooting film after shooting digital.
feline notices the magic word flash!
fuzzy, perhaps you could demonstrait to JavaBean a proper flash? we proise not to peak, much feline *innocent expression number 27*
oooh, so we can look forward to new lovely pictures by JavaBean
i still remember the picture of JavaBean growing the flower in her hair
KarmaGirl - I'm on a new thyroid medicine.

Nice camera
Fuzzy Logic approvesI'll stick with my 801s - does everything I want. Added a couple of lenses (second hand) before xmas. Went for the AiS 28mm f2.8 and the AiS 105mm f2.5. Why older lenses? They're two of the sharpest lenses ever made, and they're not made of plastic like the AF lenses. I use my camera exclusively on manual so I don't need all the fancy electronics either.
Fuzzy Logic needs some suitable snapping weather now

Yeah, I am a fan of manual everything, but that becomes difficult when taking weddings. I have a Yashica all manual camera that I have had since I was 13 (paid for it with money that I made doing darkroom for a local photographer). I have a small picture of my current cameras on my website: www.angela-marshall.com
I still use my Yashica for all the scenery and non-digital shots.

I totally agree!!!
Maybe I should just take pictures of chocolate....but, it would be hard to take pictures of it before I ate it

Fuzzy Logic - Why is there no nakedness going on? Fuzzy Logic is confused by this
feline gets out notebook and makes notes on this
lets see, JavaBean and GM are confusing fuzzy logic and leading him astray by being inappropriately dressed
further, fuzzy logic isn't setting a proper example, since he is also ignoring the dress code
feline looks around to see if there is any other evidence to gather
nope, thats it
feline curls up to consider the facts, and to consider what judgement to pass on these actions
you will all be pleased to know that i have reached my verdict, and you have all been found guilty of naughtiness!
now onto the sentencing!
