Msgboard Chatroom Marathon
Sunday, January 27, 2002 by Elfkura | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk
It's Sunday night, and I'm bored out of my mind. There's much to do, but I'm too lazy to get around to do it. My boyfriend is busying trying to get Visual Studios to work so I can't talk to him on the phone....and we can't seem to talk over the phone anyways...it'll just be silence mostly.
New Semester started........so anyone alive out there to join Elffie in this chat marathon? =P
Let's try not to let this post hang for over 2 hours, hm? =P

you guys are so funny, I sure miss all this. Hope you don't mind a bit of personal news, if you do, just skip on along

My company is moving from an old beat up warehouse to another brand new modern building. To prepare for this a lot of serious, extremely physically demanding work is being done. I have been working 9-10 hours every day for 2 weeks and coming home completely physically exhausted. I haven't even been going to taekwondo
. I can't even move a muscle. This month is going to be horrible. Starting 9/13 (yes, a Saturday), we will be working 7 days for at least 12 hours every day, including Sunday. This is the move-in week. They are then expecting us to come in the next Monday, which will mean that we are working 12 days straight and we will probably have to work that following Saturday as well. This is just so bad for my old bod. I can't see an end in sight and I am just a wreck. This is all the main reason I haven't been around much. Just too tired at the end of the day

If you guys hit me with a pillow, I would just fall down dead

Love to all,
werewolf
oh, btw, I completely missed the KarmaGirl bashing apparently, but I'm glad to see all the suppport you got. You're a dear sweet person and don't deserve anything like what it sounded like.

goodmorphing helps Wolfie down for a nice rest on the moss under OC's tree where everyone can keep an eye and bring him everything he needs and wants! (and maybe feline will give one of his cat massages, the kind with the purring turned on.

werewolf! Glad to see you! I have missed you ***sniff***
***sniff***
It would be nice if you could get some work moderation. First, there
was no work. Now, you have way too much work!
I hope that things calm down for you soon. I am sure that you would like some time to spend with the family, too.
Take care of yourself, and thank you for your kind words.
now....back to tickling!

goodmorphing is feeling out of sorts. Things just are going wrong all over the place and I need chocolate! Where's that fuzzy, anyway!?!?!
goodmorphing thinks fuzzy needs a good frisking so that we can find his chocolate!

after much consideration i have decided we need a new message board filter mode, "only show happy threads" !
perhaps it is just me, but over the last few months most of the fun of reading and taking part in this message board seems to have gone away.
there seems to be so many short tempers, so much unpleasentness, so little tollerance in just so many threads.
i am currently experimenting with a filter that basically says never open any thread with less than 9,000 posts. there are the occasional exceptions, but they are few and far between.
feline often wonders what happened to the fun and happy place this board seemed to be
is it just me feeling sensitive and depressed of late, or has it really changed this much???

KarmaGirl dips feline in a large chocolate latte
That should make you feel the love

There, that's better
Fuzzy Logic experimented with a chocolate coating for this thread - but it just made the monitor sticky...
