Honestly, I would go to IRC for this kind of stuff, but if any of you have been there recently, everyone seems to be...inactive. Sooooooooo, out of boredom, I'm turning a thread among this msgboard into a chat room, anyone care to join? =P.
It's Sunday night, and I'm bored out of my mind. There's much to do, but I'm too lazy to get around to do it. My boyfriend is busying trying to get Visual Studios to work so I can't talk to him on the phone....and we can't seem to talk over the phone anyways...it'll just be silence mostly.
New Semester started........so anyone alive out there to join Elffie in this chat marathon? =P
Let's try not to let this post hang for over 2 hours, hm? =P

Lord KarmaGirl - So, Feline and Fuzzy aren't up on the IRC (#stardock) thing, huh? Maybe I will right a "getting started" guide for you, and give you times that I am on there so that I can help you out. Werewolf is getting quite the experience at it to, so he can help you out. It's fun because there are people from all over the world chatting, and you can also privately chat with people who are logged in.
i tried the chat feature in the wincustomize browser once or twice. the green reaper once directed me, along with a bug report towards #stardock, but i couldnt even get there. i tried what seemed reasonable but it didnt work. then someone (i think the green reaper) had to work some magic before i could get there.
once i get there, the next thing i know strange and bizare commands are scrolling up the screen, and it seemed impossible to have a coherent conversation with anyone

Rumba. Lets start with one of the basic steps, the cucaracha (lots of hip movement here...)
Cucaracha: (Arthur Murray syllabus we call this Second Position Break). Left foot cucaracha will be: Step 1, left foot to side, Step 2. transfer weight back to right foot, Step 3. close left foot to right foot.You can do right foot cucaracha starting with right foot to side. Cucaracha movement has many variations. The side cucaracha is the most basic form. I would like to emphazsize the following points.
There is partial weight (80-90 %?) on step 1
This step is slightly outside the body (wider).
The heel of the supporting foot should not release much
There is a pronounced fig 8 motion of the hip which results in swivelling of feet
Straight out of the book... Personally I prefer to do the cucaracha syncopated 'cause you can get lots more wiggle in...
