Msgboard Chatroom Marathon
Sunday, January 27, 2002 by Elfkura | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk
It's Sunday night, and I'm bored out of my mind. There's much to do, but I'm too lazy to get around to do it. My boyfriend is busying trying to get Visual Studios to work so I can't talk to him on the phone....and we can't seem to talk over the phone anyways...it'll just be silence mostly.
New Semester started........so anyone alive out there to join Elffie in this chat marathon? =P
Let's try not to let this post hang for over 2 hours, hm? =P

I never watch daytime dramas, but I do love chocolate!!!
I read all the posts on this board (unless they disappear before I read them)

Back home, dentists don't believe in knocking people out and cutting the teeth out. They always do it one by one. Pull one out, wait till the wound heals, then do it again. That way, it ensures that the muscles in the jaw has time to correct itself and vice versa.

So I took the time to come up with a few rules so the admin wouldn't have to do too much work. It's been over a goddamn week, he not only hasn't answered that one single email, he told me he'll answer it within one or two days. That was last sunday. It's Friday, I had sent the original email last tuesday.
I'm so annoyed. I'm being pushed to do something about the crap at a community, and I don't have the power to do so. The only person who does doesn't care... What the hell am I suppose to do?!?

Well, Elf, I have taken refuge here. At first I thought the other board would sort itself out. Some things take time; some people are too burned out and depressed to take action. But then, this is becoming more and more my home. Lately, all I do is censor, delete, and ban. 'sides. This is a happy place. The people are good. I am happy here. There is lots of chocolate.

This is why I love Wincustomize so much. The admins are always within reach, our wizops and moderators are often around if anything happens. I know them all and talk to them frequently. It's just a much more caring community and no childish crap break out every five minutes.

For me, I can relax here and just be myself. Some people there seemed to feel threatened by intelligence...
though I'm surely not the brightest bulb anywhere. I used to post a lot of stuff... and the next post would be I'm not bright enough to understand that, or talented enough to do that....Reply #5718 Friday, February 7, 2003 2:36 PM
everyone stopped liking my stuff, or even commenting, and instead it was all 'oh poor baby you are too smart'. Then it would go on 'am not'. 'are too'....Reply #5719 Friday, February 7, 2003 2:38 PM

I'm no bright bulb... just a bulb who plays cute with everyone
