Msgboard Chatroom Marathon

Sunday, January 27, 2002 by Elfkura | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

Honestly, I would go to IRC for this kind of stuff, but if any of you have been there recently, everyone seems to be...inactive. Sooooooooo, out of boredom, I'm turning a thread among this msgboard into a chat room, anyone care to join? =P.

It's Sunday night, and I'm bored out of my mind. There's much to do, but I'm too lazy to get around to do it. My boyfriend is busying trying to get Visual Studios to work so I can't talk to him on the phone....and we can't seem to talk over the phone anyways...it'll just be silence mostly.

New Semester started........so anyone alive out there to join Elffie in this chat marathon? =P

Let's try not to let this post hang for over 2 hours, hm? =P

Fuzzy Logic - Naughty girls have to be punished

feline rushes off to edit profile

.........

feline was halfway through when i spotted the flaw in my plan

i was about to reply as "Miss Feline", when i remembered that the title changes are global, and not on a post by post basis

most of the time, i am quite happy just being me, without any need for titles

*dracoform* suggests we tease fuzzy with the straight jacket instead, that should have the desired result

Fuzzy Logic - FELINE!!! YOU'RE BACK

feline jumps up and down on fuzzy in celebration
feline concludes that *jumps* is a very grand word for this, i don't really have the energy yet for proper jumps

it is nice to be back, a world without this place, and all my friends here is a far poorer world!

Fuzzy Logic - Ok, I didn't miss you that much. I can manage quite well without a straight jacket

*dracoform* thinks fuzzy is just being a tease

Fuzzy Logic was right about the cat flu

true, feline awards fuzzy a chocolate biscuit for being such a clever clogs

oh yes, i recommend the rest of you avoid getting the cat flu, its nasty

Fuzzy Logic is fed up of what's 'er name changing names so she's now known as PonyTail

feline sees the logic in this

ponytail - Fuzzy wuzzy...FYI: It was a "braid", not a "ponytail"

feline hasnt seen the pictures, also i am more likely to spell ponytail correctly than either "braid" or "Rapunzel", so "ponytail" it is

Fuzzy Logic - Actually, while you've been away we've been discussing what kind of furry animal should decorate the top of a christmas tree. The vote for you was unanimous Werewolf is furry, but is way too big and would topple the tree. We didn't want a real angel so that lets KG off. DS would probably want to decorate the tree gold and purple so that's a no-go. So there you go, the jobs yours.

feline considers the good news, and is happy!

cats like sleeping in high places, it makes it easier to watch all the servants, sorry, that should have been humans, running around

also, it is traditional to put chocolate money on christmas tree's. feline realises i can collect it on my way up the tree!

feline doesn't see the problem with a gold and purple tree, at least in moderation

after all, they are some of my favourite colours

Fuzzy Logic - Besides, if the cat fits...

so you are basically saying, anywhere i fit well is an officially designated cat bed? feline remembers JavaBean's lap is an idea size for a curled up cat!

*dracoform* points out that liking a gold and purple tree could incite fuzzy to start giving out spankings!

*leonine* wiggles bottom at fuzzy, before disappearing up the christmas tree at breathtaking speed

ponytail - Fuzzy, apprenez un certain comportement approprié concernant une dame.

first they are trying to cut bits off each other, and now french.

feline tries to remember everything i know about the french language .......

all i remember so far is that french = the language of love

feline considers what all this means

feline concludes that fuzzy and ponytail have a rather strange relationship, and that i don't have enough info to reach any real conclusions

feline decides to roll over and wait for a tummy rub instead

Fuzzy Logic goes away to think of plans involving chocolate

how about the plan whereby we replace GM's grass skirt with lots and lots of chocolate, *all* over her?

Fuzzy Logic likes those sort of plans much better

feline agree's, this sounds like a wonderful plan!

JavaBean - We put up a christmas tree and lights today at work.

feline *OOOH*
christmas tree's can look so nice and sparkely and prity!

JavaBean - I also got a new computer and monitor at work. It's so quiet, though, that my typing is deafening. I'm sure I'll adjust

feline helpfully offers to swap your machine with mine
that should help solve the overly quiet problem, along with any problems where your machine is to fast for you to keep up with

please excuse me while i go and hide behind this bush

i have been trying to speed up my program, and so far i have reduced the run time from about 4 hours, to 8 seconds.

either i am even better at this than i had thought, or i have managed to disable most of what the program used to do.

DS: apprenez un certain comportement approprié concernant une dame.

Are you going to show me how

feline: first they are trying to cut bits off each other, and now french.

Yes, but I only wanted DS's pony tail to use as a tickling stick, who knows what she wanted my parts for

Fuzzy Logic points out to DS a lady would never do such a thing...

Hey, KarmaBean, how's the belly button ring?

Fuzzy Logic wonders if KarmaBean would benefit from a belly rub more than feline
