Msgboard Chatroom Marathon

Sunday, January 27, 2002 by Elfkura | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

Honestly, I would go to IRC for this kind of stuff, but if any of you have been there recently, everyone seems to be...inactive. Sooooooooo, out of boredom, I'm turning a thread among this msgboard into a chat room, anyone care to join? =P.

It's Sunday night, and I'm bored out of my mind. There's much to do, but I'm too lazy to get around to do it. My boyfriend is busying trying to get Visual Studios to work so I can't talk to him on the phone....and we can't seem to talk over the phone anyways...it'll just be silence mostly.

New Semester started........so anyone alive out there to join Elffie in this chat marathon? =P

Let's try not to let this post hang for over 2 hours, hm? =P

KarmaGirl: either that, or I'm too stupid to realize that I'm stupid...

Fuzzy Logic - Um, good point, how do you know if you are stupid or not - its all relative...

Fuzzy Logic thinks everyone is stupid...

feline thinks that anyone who can understand it is fun to tickle and spank the naughty fuzzy logic must be quite clever

This thread is a nightmare to scan.. and nobody knows how to spell "McCloud"! Even a German-Mexican-Welsh-English Scotsman knows that it's MacLeod!

Bangkokboy - This thread is a nightmare to scan..

feline is willing to admit that it seems a bit complex at times
however, do remember that GM has joined, and we have got her up to spead quite quickly, and without any problems. just hang around a bit, and it all starts to make sense quite quickly

well, i do have the dvd, but since i have a reputation to maintain i didnt bother looking up the spelling

goodmorphing thinks she got a little beyond speed very quickly! Taking some reflection time, some working things out time.... some catching-of-her-breath time.

a lot of wondering time

GM, you sound like someone who needs somewhere comfortable to settle down while you catch up with your self, and i convince you that you are doing fine.

check out the plan for dealing with fuzzy in the "where does wincustomize stuff go when you delete it?" thread! do you think i could talk you into helping?

goodmorphing feels happy at the welcome: I was feeling lost for a minute! Well, maybe some days...

Sure, I think I could deal with something like that. goodmorphing feels a little inadequate with on-line hugging, though. That part.... well, you know (i imagine).

GM, if you are here, out of interest what colour do you think would be best for my sparkly dress?

*dracoform* throws a cusion at feline
feline, you dont have a sparkly dress!

exactly! hence the interest in finding out what colour would work well

*dracoform* has yet another go
if you wear a dress your tail is going to keep on lifting up the back of the dress, showing off your bottom in a rather embarasing way!

feline prefers to think of it as being a flirt

feline, do you know the look of the inside of an abaloni shell, or a pearl that when you look at it it is first one color and then another and all so fleeting that you have to keep looking to maybe understand a little if you really see the colors shifting... do you know that look? That would be fine for your dress... people would be having to look, and then look again to see if they really saw, and if your tail brought your dress up some, well maybe it would make them all happy and hopeful inside.

feline *HAPPY*
i think this will also make fuzzy happy

???
you have lost me here. i will admit to confusion over when and who to hug on line, but normally just view it as a sign of friendship and friendly affection. i am not sure how else to say that i am very pleased to see someone.

also, it is a lot easier here, it avoids all the messy problems of hugging someone in real life.

feline wants to hug GM again in delight, but doesnt want to run the risk of upsetting / confusing GM

*AAGGHH*

Well, I was only meaning that when someone or someones are happy to see and giving hugs and stuff and then I don't offer one back it is because I don't feel graceful in doing that and not because I don't want to return the happyness... I try to pretend and use hugging words, but I don't match the real hugging feeling with my words and .... it is all complicated.

I get all hug-tied so to speak.

goodmorphing and I feel guilty then because I really do like getting the hugs (a lot). I just don't have any practice giveing them back and it feels real selfish....

Ahh

that make sense.

feline was starting to go through the *mortified fear i had upset someone by hugging them* phase again

as for the offline feeling compared to the online feeling, i dont have a lot of experience with the offline type to compare with, so dont really have that problem.

perhaps we need a new word / mental image?

feline wonders how else to convay the idea
um, suddenly i am not entirely sure what the idea i am trying to convey is. it is sort of a compound mental image.

thats fair
feline thinks that if GM is happy to be hugged by feline, then GM is welcome to practice hugging feline

feline likes being made a fuss of my nice people, and GM is a nice person *slight blush*

Me either... I have slight experience, and therefor no template. But talking about it makes me see that that only means I can design my own mode of hugging, though it may be awkward at first. (kind of like your dress-designing)

lets start again, can we?

goodmorphing relaxes into the feeling in her brain, grows into it some then rushes over to feline and gives him a big hug!

that felt ok?
