This is my first time ever using windowblinds so give me a break! I've downloaded an icon package in .zip file. What do I do with it now?

The icon package that you have downloaded, is for the Icon Packager, a utility that changes the main icons of your Windows.
If you don't have Icon Packager, you can download it from www.stardock.com (There is also a free trial version). Otherwise, unzip the icon set and use the icons as you like.
