Menu Bar and menus are not skinned in Total Commander bit 64

TC 8 64 bit menu bar and menus are not skinned in WB 7.4
Could you fix this issue, please,,
os: win 7 64 bit

Maybe I was not clear enough,, after all, A picture is worth a thousand words
In TC 7.57 or TC 8.0 B21 32 bit using Delphi
In TC 8.0 B21 64 bit using FreePascal/Lazarus
Note other UI are working fine.

I see your point, and I have the same here but I'm pretty much sure that's the "workaround" Neil made to WB.
Earlier WB builds produced a totally black menubar and blank menus in 64bit TC 8.

Known issue, and it has been fixed.
I'm running 64bit TC 8.09 without any problems, with WB 7.4 Build 320.
