Where are additional WB skins?

I've noticed screenshots of many WB skin that don't seem to be available here or anywhere for that matter. I think one is called XP Ocean. Does anyone know how to get these? Are they only available to an elite few? Just wondering where all these other good looking skins are. Thanks.

Some skins are Stardock exclusive skins, made to test some new feature in developement or something. Some eventually become public, never never do. Or so I am guessing...

Whoa, that's a sweet skin. I don't recognize it from anywhere.

Then again, the folks at Stardock love to tease us... (coughDOCKcough)
