take one from a skin that converts (aquarium did in 0.9) and one from a skin that wont convert, and see which components are missing?
i suspect that any helpful posts on the newsgroup would be appeaciated.

[XPTaskbar]
File=BlueGroveXP\xpstuff.xp
Create a text file called xpstuff.xp in the skins directory.
Scan through the .uis file for any sections like this:
[Taskbar.whatever]
[Startpanel.whatever]
Move these items to the xpstuff.xp file and delete them from the .uis file.
Now OB will convert it.
TIP: If you were already running bluegrove XP before you made these changes, you have to change the WB skin to something else first and then select bluegrove XP again for OB to reinspect the skin for conversion.

and it makes perfect sence to

are you going to post this info on the OB newsgroup as well? hopefully this may be fixable in future builds of OB so that it can grab the info straight from the UIS file.
