Simple stupid question about Desktop icon text colors

Okok, i know it's stupid!!!
I have the obligatory dark desktop background, and the icons on my desktop have black writing, meaning that i can't see any of the text below them.
Someone's gotta know how i can change the desktop icon text color....

You can try a program that will allow you to setup your wallpaper/s as well as the icon text colours and icon background colours.
