Icon Packager problems, please help.

Hey, I downloaded the enhanced Icon Packager version 1.51.03, registered it and everything, but I can only change the icons for shortcuts and what Icon Packager sets as default. I can't change icons for folders that I've created. Everytime I try it says I have to register and a link titled, "Benefits of Registration" keeps popping up, but I've already registered, so I don't see why it won't let me change the certain icons. If someone can help me I'd be very grateful, thanks a lot.

Hm...when I uninstalled IconPackager 1.51 and reinstalled it it still says its registered to me.. any ideas?
