Need help with the general section of an objects properties in DesktopX

Hello everyone,
This is the first time i have written in this message board and i hope i am not repeating an already answered question. i got DesktopX a week ago and i am going through the tutorial from Stardock but i am having trouble with the general section of an object's properties. i would like to add the DXToys plugin that is supposed to help create the start menu but i only get the "Addtional Modules" section not the "General Plugin (Optional)" section. am i supposed to buy the DXToys plugin (i know that Yoran is the creator)or can i just download it? is this the problem? i am running windowsXP & everything else is working great.
