how do i make my own skins?

hey, i have skinstudio and i tried to work it, but i have no idea what to do, it's waaaay too confusing...

First thing I do is draw the skin - borders, buttons progress and scrollbars, etc. - then cut the pieces out and build the image files. I use Photoshop but you can use PSP, the Gimp, Photopaint or Fireworks (even MS Paint) whatever you're currently using for drawing - they all work fine.

Then make a UIS file in Notepad (the WB UIS-2 help file will show what values you need to include). Look in a skin's folder to see what the various files look like.
