Download problems

I am having prob getting a complete download most of the time from Wincustomize. Most of the time with a small file, I get only ~40-46k of the file. Even after repeated tries & all of the tricks I have used over the last 6-7 years, still get incomplete downloads.

GetRight doesn't work with this site, at least I haven't got it to yet.

Big files seem to be no prob. Running WinXP Pro with cable modem

to use getright, you'll probably need to set it to download .asp files. you can also ctrl click the download link to force it.

also, have you tried clearing out your c:\windows\temp directory?

How do you configure Getright for.asp. I know you can turn on more aggressive downloading, but .asp files are excluded.

Yes I have emptied temp & temp internet files.

I got Getright working, not sure why, but it works with asp - so will use it for WinCustomize dls.

(Rt-click to download with GetRight & then accept the filename "skins.asp" instead of trying to rename it & the file saved with the correct name in the correct directory - by correct I mean the Wincustomize name, NOT skin.asp)
