How do i make the skins work?

i downloaded xp pro, and xp home. Do i need special programs to install, run them?

xp pro and xp home are the names of the latest micro$oft OS ......i think you're talking about the 'look' of your computer? (i could be wrong?)
if this is the case then..yes..you DO need another program(s) to use the skins shown here...eg - if you download a skin from the 'windowblinds' section, then you need to have the 'windowblinds' program on your system.
